This process involves creating a tailored post space within the root and designing a post and filling as a single unit to ensure a snug fit. For aesthetic concerns where metal posts may be difficult to conceal, a custom post made from zirconia oxide is an excellent option. Its tooth-colored appearance minimizes shadowing beneath the final restoration, providing a natural look. Case Study: A fractured tooth is best treated with a lab fabricated Cast post.
